Commercial Cleaning Services

These lists describe what we clean on a normal basis. We can, of course, add or change anything to meet your individual needs.

• Empty trash, bring to designated area
• Dust desks, removing and dusting all items on the desk such as staplers, phones, tape dispensers, pictures, etc.
• Dust cubicle shelves and walls as needed
• Dust wall hangings such as pictures, awards, etc.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms including countertops, sinks, inside and outside of toilets and urinals, stall doors and partitions, mirrors, refill paper supplies and soap
• Clean and disinfect Kitchen, including countertops, sink, outside of refrigerator (inside upon request), stove-top, inside and outside of microwave, pull out and clean all counter-top appliances such as toaster, toaster-oven, coffee maker, etc.
• Wash and put away all dishes or load/unload dishwasher
• Vacuum all carpets
• Vacuum and wash all flooring, inc. wood, tile, stone, etc.
• Remove cobwebs, dust baseboards, door fames, etc.
• Clean inside of windows, window-sills, glass-sliding doors, dust blinds, etc.
